Architecture degree with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experienceRIBA or MCIAT preferredStrong technical knowledge someone who can challenge and guide architects rather than rely on themExperience in either a developer or contractor environmentTrack record of high-rise building delivery (major advantage)The Company
