Senior Compliance Analyst

Leeds (2 days in the office) £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits This opportunity would suit someone currently working within a second or third line compliance, risk, assurance, internal audit or regulatory function who enjoys interpreting FCA regulations and providing practical guidance to stakeholders across the business. You''ll play a key role in helping the organisation understand and implement regulatory requirements, monitor compliance risks, and support a strong governance and control environment. Key Responsibilities Interpret FCA regulations and assess their impact on the business. Provide practical regulatory guidance and advice to key stakeholders. Support compliance monitoring, assurance and risk assessment activities. Assist with policy reviews, regulatory reporting and governance processes. Monitor regulatory developments and emerging compliance risks. Support business change initiatives from a regulatory and compliance perspective. Help promote a strong culture of compliance and good conduct across the organisation. About You Experience within a Compliance, Risk, Assurance, Internal Audit or Regulatory function in financial services. Knowledge of FCA regulations and the UK regulatory landscape. Exposure to second or third line risk and compliance environments. Ability to interpret regulation and communicate requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
