Known for its collaborative culture and strong governance framework, the business operates across multiple jurisdictions and is focused on delivering competitive, compliant and well-structured compensation and benefits offerings across its international workforce.   Working within a high-performing HR team, you will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of reward across a number of European markets, with particular responsibility forthe oversight and development of employee benefits programmes. You will partner closely with HR, Finance and business stakeholders, taking ownership of core processes including annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, job architecture, and the design, implementation and ongoing management of benefits provision.
