Senior Community Investment Manager (Universal Offer)

JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the roleWe have an opportunity for a Senior Community Investment Manager to join our team in London as we introduce a new approach for increasing and improving our social impact.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and launching a new social impact Universal Offer. This is an accessible and equitable suite of projects, programmes and services that every Guinness household across the country can access on their own terms. This offer is varied and currently includes online access to savings at major retailers to address the cost-of-living crisis, 1-2-1 career coaching, individual and family counselling, community mobilisation grants, and early childhood literacy support. Future services currently being explored include arts programmes, a social mobility offer incorporating scholarships and internships, and a resident wellbeing support line.Creative and practical, you will apply your expertise to design an innovative and impactful array of support, aligned with our nationwide community investment strategic approach and expected outcomes. As a designer, convenor and co-ordinator of services, you will also focus on building and maintaining effective partnerships at all levels - from grassroots organisations and charities to funders and Local Authorities.
