This is an exciting opportunity to lead our £1.2m DIY fundraising programme, the largest income-generating area within Community Fundraising, combining acquisition, mass and relationship-led fundraising to unlock its growth potential.   You''ll line manage three Senior Community Fundraising Executives, leading on DIY and Clubs and Groups fundraising respectively, and work across a varied portfolio including fundraising with patient families and In Memory. You''ll also be a key part of our supportive and collaborative Community Fundraising senior management team. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract due to start in December 2026/January 2027.  Salary The salary for this position is £48,690 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
