Senior Community Fundraising Manager
Are you an experienced Senior Fundraising Manager excited by the opportunity to drive ambitious growth and make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to lead our £1.2m DIY fundraising programme, the largest income-generating area within Community Fundraising, combining acquisition, mass and relationship-led fundraising to unlock its growth potential. You''ll line manage three Senior Community Fundraising Executives, leading on DIY and Clubs and Groups fundraising respectively, and work across a varied portfolio including fundraising with patient families and In Memory. You''ll also be a key part of our supportive and collaborative Community Fundraising senior management team. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract due to start in December 2026/January 2027. Salary The salary for this position is £48,690 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.
