Key Responsibilities Develop and implement community fundraising strategies to meet organisational goals Cultivate relationships with community groups, volunteers, and local partners to maximise outreach and engagement Plan and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring they align with organisational priorities Inspire and support community volunteers and stakeholders in fundraising activities Analyse operational results to optimise fundraising efforts and report on performance metrics Maintain a strong understanding of community needs and adapt strategies accordingly Collaborate with internal teams to ensure impactful communication and promotional activities Person Specification Proven experience in community fundraising or development roles within the charity sector Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational and project management abilities Ability to create compelling narratives that inspire participation and support Self-motivated and proactive with a collaborative approach to teamwork Knowledge of charity funding landscapes and community engagement practices What s on ..... full job details .....
