Senior Community Fundraiser

This is a regional based role that will cover the South Wales and Bristol area. Job Role: As a Senior Community Fundraising Officer for your region, you will manage supporter engagement and activity in your region whilst also supporting the wider team as an example of excellent fundraising and stewardship, leading the team by sharing good practice in your work. You will have a key position in the Community Fundraising team working with the National Community Fundraising Manager to support with the development of the community fundraising strategy. Key Responsibilities: Income Generation and Supporter Engagement Lead the development and delivery of community fundraising campaigns and initiatives across the region, driving sustainable income growth through excellent supporter engagement and stewardship Build and sustain strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, local groups and external partners to maximise income, participation and long-term engagement Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver compelling fundraising activity and ensure an outstanding supporter experience at every stage of the journey Monitor performance against agreed income and activity targets BB1 , using insight and analysis to identify opportunities, adapt plans and support continuous improvement Leadership and Planning Develop and deliver a robust regional fundraising plan aligned to organisational priorities and income targets Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and ..... full job details .....
