The role will shape the organisation''s narrative, strengthen reputation, and ensure clear, consistent messaging across staff, members, partners and residents during a significant period of change.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of a portfolio-wide communications and engagement strategyDevelop and maintain a clear transformation narrative across all channelsEnsure consistent messaging across programmes, projects and servicesAdvise senior leaders on reputational risk and communications approachDeliver multi-channel campaigns including internal comms, digital and videoProduce briefings, toolkits, FAQs and organisation-wide updatesSupport alignment of communications across services and reduce duplicationLine manage and develop two communications professionalsMonitor and evaluate campaign effectivenessAbout YouStrong experience in strategic communications within a complex organisationBackground in transformation or corporate communicationsConfident advising senior stakeholders in politically sensitive environmentsExcellent writing, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience managing reputational risk and crisis ..... full job details .....
