The role will work to procure and commission a complex home care / care at home service. About the role: Based in London (Hybrid): Lead on the procurement and commissioning of the Council''s home care / supported living services. Lead the full commissioning / procurement cycle, from tender evaluation through to mobilisation and QA. Lead commissioning programmes of work that rely on a system-approach and joint commissioning to design and deliver shared pathways in response to local need.
