The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload, work on interesting and varied transactions, develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department. The Role You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload, including: Commercial leases and Landlord and Tenant matters, including grants, assignments, licences, rent deposits and surrenders. Estate management and ongoing property matters. Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property. Commercial and residential development work, including site acquisitions, options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements and plot sales. Secured lending and real estate finance.
