Senior Commercial Property Solicitor: Landlord and Tenant Focus - (5 years PQE+) Annual Salary: £62,000 - £80,000 (Plus Great Fee-Earner Bonuses!) Day-to-day of the role: Manage a varied caseload focusing on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, lease management, acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, re-gears, relocations, property refinancing, and strategic lease structuring and negotiations. Work closely with our Real Estate Partners and collaborate with a dynamic team of Legal Directors, Solicitors, Trainees, and Paralegals. Engage in business acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations in conjunction with our Corporate team. Provide commercially minded, client-facing services with a high level of autonomy. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years PQE in Real Estate, with a focus on Landlord and Tenant matters. Strong technical legal skills with experience in managing complex cases.
