Senior Commercial Process and Tools Manager Package: 63,270 to 85k (depending on experience)Location: Reading, with free onsite parking.Working pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight, with every other Friday as a non-working day. This role is eligible for hybrid working, meaning employees typically spend three days on site in a long week and two days on site in a short week. As the Senior Commercial Process and Tools Manager, you will be responsible for managing process, tools and systems across an area of the commercial lifecycle through the effective utilisation of leading practice. You will oversee the development, implementation, management and continuous improvement of commercial processes, tools and their digital integration into commercial systems to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive user adoption and experience, whilst ensuring compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.
