Senior Commercial Performance Manager Package: 63,270 to 85k (depending on experience)Location: Reading, with free onsite parking.Working pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight, with every other Friday as a non-working day. This role is eligible for hybrid working, meaning employees typically spend three days on site in a long week and two days on site in a short week. The Senior Commercial Performance Manager is accountable for ensuring Commercial functional performance is measured and reported, accurately reflecting Commercial''s role in supporting delivery of the AWE Business Plan. They will ensure functional performance is visible and key information made available to Commercial leadership and the AWE executive team to keep Commercial accountable for its performance, highlighting opportunities, issues and challenges in delivery of the Commercial functional strategy which supports the delivery of AWE''s mission.
