This may include bid management and Requests for Bid Approvals (RBAs), contract negotiation and resolution of contractual issues. Responsibilities: Leading in the review of, drafting, negotiation and finalisation of bids, proposals and contracts / commercial agreements. Ensuring that the contract requirements and obligations are clear and unambiguous for both the company and the customer and are reflected in the contract.
