This is a high-profile leadership opportunity on a long-term extremely sizeable public sector account, delivering hard and soft FM services across a substantial national estate. The successful candidate will play a key role in protecting and enhancing commercial performance, leading a sizeable commercial team, managing contractual risk and opportunity, and ensuring robust governance across a high-volume operational environment. The Role As Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial leadership of a major FM contract, ensuring contractual compliance, maximising commercial recovery and supporting operational teams in the successful delivery of services.
