We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Savoury Pastry team on a 13-month maternity cover contract, leading our strategic relationship with Morrisons. In this fast-paced role, you’ll take ownership of delivering against sales and profit targets, managing NPD/EPD launches, promotional strategies, and customer engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and more, ensuring seamless execution of our Joint Business Plan and commercial strategy.Lead the Morrisons account, driving growth and profitability.Manage commercial forecasts and promotional plans.Collaborate on category strategies to grow market share.Deliver customer efficiency improvements and cost model management.Support and coach a Commercial Executive.The Ideal CandidateWe believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
