With a strong pipeline of technical services growth and upcoming CoBP / Handback activity, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to act as a key No.2 to the Commercial Director. This is a high-impact, strategic role suited to someone who combines technical FM understanding with strong commercial acumen and thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder PFI environments.
