This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist fit-out and interiors team delivering a technically complex scheme in a live environment.About the Project:This flagship scheme involves the full refurbishment of an existing structure to create state-of-the-art laboratory and research spaces. With multiple phases and intricate stakeholder management, the project requires a commercially astute leader with a strong track record in complex, high-value refurbishments.Key Responsibilities

Full commercial oversight of the project, reporting into the regional Commercial DirectorManagement of the cost plan, procurement strategy, and contract administrationLeading subcontract procurement and negotiation across all key packagesRisk management and change control, ensuring robust commercial reportingTeam leadership, mentoring junior commercial staff and ensuring quality deliveryLiaison with the client and professional team to maintain strong working relationshipsWhat We''re Looking For

Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS on major refurbishment or lab/healthcare/technical projectsExcellent understanding of JCT contracts and procurement best practicesStrong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skillsA proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environmentDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (MRICS desirable)What\''s On Offer
