ASAPMy client is seeking a highly experienced

Senior Commercial Manager

to join their regional team on a 6-month contract, supporting the delivery of consistent and high-quality commercial services across a portfolio of highways schemes.This role is pivotal in driving commercial performance, managing contracts, and supporting strategic decision-making within the Operations Directorate.Responsibilities

Lead commercial and contract management across multiple schemes, ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and timely resolution of contractual matters.Provide expert commercial support to regional operations, including budget forecasting, cost analysis, and performance improvement.Represent the commercial function at regional leadership meetings and deputise for the Head of Commercial Delivery when required.Support procurement activities, contract reviews, and tender assessments.Champion health, safety, and wellbeing across all commercial activities.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior supply chain partners.Extensive experience in commercial management within highways or infrastructure.Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and public sector procurement.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent stakeholder engagement and decision-making capabilities.Ability to deliver value-for-money outcomes and manage complex commercial issues.Why Join Them
