Price all projects to tender specificationWith support from the procurement team, source relevant resources, materials and labour, collating all costing information and location availabilityManage interim payment schedules and final accountsReport to Directors with weekly costing''s, budget reviews and progress of upcoming projectsRecord and report on additions/variations and evidence this to clients to gain prior agreementsBrief project managers on project requirements and resource allowances prior to project startClient/customer liaison regarding budgets and queries maintaining excellent customer focusMonitor resource allocation, works programming schedule against budgetSalary and Package
