Senior Commercial Manager
A leading aerospace and defence technology business requires a Senior Commercial Manager. Applicants need commercial contract management expertise, gained on large complex defence, aerospace or government programmes. Hybrid working options available - 3 days on site, 2 at home.The Senior Commercial Manager will support and lead all commercial activity across existing programmes and new business opportunities. Working cross-functionally, you will act as the commercial SME in shaping and delivering commercial strategies on aerospace and defence programmes.Specific duties of the Senior Commercial Manager include:Monitor, manage and report on commercial performance of programmesIdentify and manage contractual risk throughout the contract lifecycleSupport new business cases and work-winning commercial activity, internally and with the customerSupport programme delivery and financial performanceDevelop and deliver innovative commercial solutions to support bids, proposals and customer requirements, including complex due diligence activitiesNegotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and manage non-routine contractual issues through senior stakeholdersDraft contracts, agreements and bespoke clauses for new and existing businessOwn key commercial aspects of programmes, including customer relationships, dispute resolution, risk analysis and mitigationEnsure robust contract administration and governance throughout programme deliverySenior Commercial Manager applicants should meet ..... full job details .....
