As Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead and develop a small team, providing mentorship and guidance while building a culture of high performance. Working closely with senior management, you will provide expert commercial and contractual advice, identify opportunities, and drive improvements that deliver real commercial value. Your ability to interpret complex Government contracts, particularly within PFI/PPP frameworks, will be central to ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities are realised.
