Senior Commercial Manager

The main purpose of the role is to lead the commercial and contract functions cross procurement frameworks and activity. Your day-to-day activities will include ensuring that contractual and commercial arrangements are robust, compliant and aligned to acceptable risk profiles; that responsibilities and liabilities are communicated; advise stakeholders on the drafting of contractual documentation; manage a stock of core contracts, forms, and bespoke agreements; support the award of new contracts and associated governance; utilise specialist subject matter expertise to advise on JCT contracts, RICS consultancy appointments, TAC-1/FAC/similar contracts, material supply and framework contracts, and pre-construction services agreements.
