Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager - ICT Location: London/Hybrid (3 days/week on site) Contract Duration: 6 Months Daily Rate: £(Apply online only)/day (Umbrella Maximum) IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: will have to go through CTC My client has a requirement for an experienced Interim Senior Commercial Manager to support the delivery of multiple high-value procurement projects within the ICT category. The successful candidate will be assigned a defined portfolio of Digital projects and will bring strong commercial acumen, operational procurement expertise, and proven experience managing complex public sector tenders. They will have PA23 Comp Flex experience and expertise- as well as the ability to lead, with support. Minimum Requirement: Extensive experience in operational procurement within the ICT category, ideally across both products and services, including Networks Services, Infrastructure and SaaS. Ideally MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience. Demonstrated track record of delivering high-value tenders through a range of procurement procedures, including Open Procedure and CCS framework mini-competitions. Experience with Competitive Flexible procedures would be an advantage. Strong working knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and frameworks PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 PA23 training must be completed (or willingness to undertake the training independently upon appointment).
