They deliver major building, infrastructure, rail, highways and commercial developments with a turnover of over -1bn. You will be supporting the commercial team on a large commercial development in Central London reporting into the Commercial Director whilst a team of up to 8 surveyors report into you. You will be overseeing the commercial function of high-value projects upwards of -200m within their commercial office/mixed use division. Key Responsibilities of Senior Commercial Manager Include but not limited to; Act as Commercial lead on a high profile, high value project (-250 million plus), leading on all elements of contract procedures Oversee the administration of the head contract whilst delegating responsibilities Lead the commercial team and work with the commercial director to create the project execution plan Provide a comprehensive service to address any contractual or commercial issues of the project Regularly report on commercial data Work in conjunction with design team...
