Working closely with operational teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors and senior leadership, you will be responsible for maximising commercial performance, managing contractual risk and ensuring successful project delivery from tender through to final account. Key Responsibilities Take commercial responsibility for multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects from tender through to final account. Manage project budgets, forecasts, CVRs, cash flow and margin performance. Produce accurate monthly commercial reports and forecasts. Lead procurement activities and manage subcontractor and supplier accounts. Negotiate subcontract agreements, variations and final accounts.
