Senior Commercial Manager

Overview

We’re seeking two Senior Commercial Managers to join our team. You’ll be based in either our Manchester or London hub.You’ll lead a variety of commercial workstreams and projects, applying your service delivery, project management, engagement and data skills. You’ll lead the procurement of lower value goods and services and support complex commercial activity. You’ll engage with stakeholders and customers, analyse data and share insight reports with senior leaders, advising the department on how to secure good value and comply with procurement regulations.You’ll be inquisitive and keen to learn new skills, and in return we can provide you with the learning and development you need to develop your career in commercial and in the Civil Service. You may line manage a small team.We place great emphasis on an individual’s willingness to get involved and work as a team.
