An established London contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of complex demolition and enabling works projects across the capital. This is a hands-on leadership role offering responsibility for commercial strategy, financial performance, contractual management and the development of a small commercial team. Working closely with the operational team, clients and subcontractors, as a Senior Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of projects from tender through to final account, ensuring commercial risks are managed, contractual obligations are met and profitability is maximised.
