Senior Commercial Lead Were looking for a Senior Commercial Lead to provide expert commercial advice and leadership across high value/high risk contracts and programmes. Youll shape commercial strategies, lead complex negotiations, and support robust contract governance to help deliver excellent services and value for money for Somersets communities. What youll do Senior Commercial LeadSenior Commercial Lead Lead and support commercial strategies for a portfolio of contracts/programmes, from options appraisal through to in-life management.Senior Commercial Lead Provide senior commercial advice on delivery models, contract terms, risk allocation, disputes and value for money. Senior Commercial Lead Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalisation and mobilisation, working closely with procurement, legal and finance. Strengthen contract performance, governance, reporting and change control, including supporting recovery plans where needed. Coach and advise colleagues to build commercial and contract management capability across the organisation.What were looking for Senior Commercial Lead Senior Commercial Lead Significant experience in commercial/contract management in a complex organisation, including supplier performance management.
