Senior Commercial Broker - Coventry - Up to £50,000 Join an established, ambitious brokerage in Coventry and step into a pivotal role at the heart of the broking team - working alongside the Branch Director and leading from the front on a broad and varied commercial book. This is a senior position for an experienced broker who''s ready to take on more than just their own clients. You''ll manage a diverse portfolio ranging from £5,000 policies through to clients with GWP of £400,000, provide hands-on support and mentorship to less experienced brokers, and act as the Branch Director''s right hand in driving the team forward.
