Partner with commercial leadership on strategic and operational decisions, providing challenge and recommendationsLead and develop a team of 2 Finance Managers, fostering capability and high performanceBuild and improve financial models, processes, and reporting to strengthen decision-making and governanceOwn performance analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionsCollaborate across Tax, Treasury, Controllership, and Commercial Finance to ensure compliance and alignmentSupport business cases and investment proposals with clear financial evaluationProvide strategic insight using advanced analytics and digital tools, challenging senior stakeholders with confidenceAbout You

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Significant post-qualified experience in commercial finance, ideally within retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industriesStrong leadership capability - proven experience coaching, developing, and motivating finance teamsStrategic thinker with the ability to see future possibilities and translate them into clear, actionable strategiesHighly analytical, commercially astute, and comfortable handling large, complex datasetsConfident communicator and influencer, able to simplify complex information and build trust with senior stakeholdersComfortable challenging assumptions and decisions at the director level, while fostering collaboration and positive outcomesExperience improving data quality and processes, ideally within supply or commercial finance environmentsWhat’s on Offer
