Develop business cases and evaluate major capital investment programmes exceeding 250m. Support the delivery of a 10-year distribution network strategy, identifying opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement. Lead strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting across network development, automation and core assets. Provide financial oversight of major programmes and cross-functional projects, ensuring investment delivers maximum value.
