Senior Commercial and Technology Lawyer

Meraki Talent are working with a global investment bank who are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial and Technology in house legal professional. A varied work load, and you will be responsible to advise on cutting-edge technology, commercial agreements, and regulatory matters, helping the business innovate while managing legal and reputational risk.Key responsibilities:Advise on a wide range of commercial and technology agreements (SaaS, cloud, software, outsourcing, data licensing)Draft, review, and negotiate complex contractsProvide strategic legal guidance on risk, compliance, and regulatory mattersPartner with procurement, technology, and business teamsSupport legal strategy, policy development, and training initiativesAbout you:Qualified lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience (in-house and/or private practice)Strong experience in commercial and technology lawConfident managing legal risk and advising stakeholdersCollaborative, proactive, and able to work independentlyApply Now Is this job for you?
