Job Title: Senior Commercial Account Representative

Location: Coventry Hybrid (3 in the office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: Up to -35k Base + Benefits

We''re exclusively partnering with a market-leading provider of sustainable, data-driven supply chain solutions to find their next Senior Commercial Account Representative.

This is a senior, high-visibility role supporting the Commercial Manager and acting as the escalation point for a team servicing major B2B accounts, while also owning your own portfolio of customer relationships.

What you''ll be doing:

• Managing a dedicated portfolio of B2B customer accounts, acting as trusted point of contact
• Acting as senior escalation point for complex queries, ensuring SLA compliance
• Overseeing credit requests, debt resolution and invoicing accuracy
• Supporting day-to-day team coordination, workload allocation and quality audits

What we''re looking for:

• Proven customer service / account management background (B2B ideal)
• Strong data analysis and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Confident, proactive, comfortable owning escalations
