Job Description: Assist the Technical Lead in producing and developing multi-layered designs and compartment layouts in line with specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. Conduct detailed design appraisals across assigned ship areas to ensure design intent is fully maintained. Support installation, set-to-work, trials, and acceptance activities. Investigate system obsolescence affecting installed ship components, while continuously developing skills to provide technical support across disciplines and promote best practices to improve processes.
