Senior Cloud Engineer (Hybrid)

Cloud, AWS, Infrastructure, On-Prem, VMWare, Windows, Active Directory, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineer Harris Global are currently looking for a Senior Hybrid Cloud Engineer to join our well known client on a permanent basis. This role will require 3-4 days per week onsite in London and will require working on an on call rota. You will support and evolve a modern hybrid cloud environment with a strong focus on AWS. You''ll play a key role in migrating on-premise infrastructure to the cloud, improving automation and ensuring the reliability, security and performance of critical enterprise systems. Responsibilities Support and develop a hybrid cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on AWS. Deliver and support cloud migration projects, helping transition on-premise services into AWS. Build, maintain and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and DevOps best practices. Manage Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory and Entra ID environments across hybrid platforms. Implement and maintain secure, resilient cloud infrastructure, monitoring and operational processes. Work closely with infrastructure, networking and security teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Skills Strong commercial experience with AWS in a hybrid cloud environment (essential).
