Job Title: Senior Cloud EngineerLocation: London, (1-2 days per week in office)Rate: 500 per day , Inside IR35About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to support the design, delivery, and optimization of cloud infrastructure. This role involves ensuring that cloud applications and services are secure, high-performing, and sustainable, providing a high-quality user experience for software engineers and other users. The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued development of a robust multi-cloud platform (AWS and Google) recognized within the public sector.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver self-service cloud infrastructure and tooling.Maintain and enhance the multi-cloud platform, automating processes for efficiency.Collaborate with senior team members to evolve cloud engineering architecture.Implementation of security practices aligned with organizational objectives.Develop organizational policies and standards for cloud-based service design.Qualifications:AWS Solutions Architect certification or equivalent experience.Experience in cloud engineering at SFIA level 6.Education Requirements:Ideally educated to bachelor degree level.Experience Requirements:Proven experience in cloud service design and implementation.Experience in developing policies and guidelines for cloud services.Strong background in systems integration and automation.Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment ..... full job details .....
