An established and growing firm of Chartered Accountants in North Kent is seeking an experienced Accounts and Tax Manager to join its senior leadership team. This is a key client management role, ideal for a qualified accountant who enjoys leading people, driving performance and delivering an exceptional client service. The RoleManage a portfolio of clients and act as their trusted adviser.Lead the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring an efficient workflow and effective WIP management.Review accounts and tax work, providing technical oversight rather than preparing work yourself.Mentor, develop and support junior and aspiring managers.Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the firm''s continued growth.Maintain the highest standards of client service and technical quality.About YouACA or ACCA qualified.Previous experience in a senior manager or client manager role within an accountancy practice.Strong technical knowledge of accounts and taxation.A confident communicator with excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.Commercially minded, proactive and committed to developing both people and the business.This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected independent practice where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the office and supporting the firm''s continued success.
