You will work directly with founders and business owners, helping them make informed decisions, improve financial performance and achieve their growth ambitions.You will also play an important role in supporting junior colleagues, improving processes and helping shape the future of our modern accountancy practice.What you will doClient leadership: Manage a portfolio of SME clients and act as a trusted advisorTechnical delivery: Prepare and review statutory accounts (FRS 102 / FRS 105), corporation tax and VATAdvisory and insight: Produce management accounts, forecasts and deliver practical financial adviceTeam contribution: Review junior work, provide mentoring, and support workflow planningLiaise with HMRC, Companies House, banks and other third partiesWork with Xero, Dext and other cloud-based toolsIdentify opportunities to improve systems, processes ..... full job details .....
