This role is suited to an experienced Clerk of Works with essential high-rise construction experience, strong technical inspection knowledge and the ability to lead inspection services. You will supervise other Clerks of Works, manage several projects, maintain client relationships and ensure workmanship and materials meet required quality standards.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead Clerk of Works services across new build projectsManage and supervise other Clerks of WorksAct as principal client contact for construction qualityComplete inspection records, photographs and required reportingIdentify defects, snags and workmanship quality issuesYou will also support team development, including training colleagues and delivering relevant in-house CPD. Responsibilities include managing allocated client accounts and independently coordinating inspection services across multiple projects.Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious Clerk of Works experience on high-rise projectsExtensive knowledge of building materials and construction methodsStrong defect identification and snagging skillsExcellent organisation, communication and negotiation skillsProficient with IT systems and inspection technologyYou must be confident working independently within active construction ..... full job details .....
