Senior Clerk of Works Role/Responsibilities Undertake regular inspections of construction projects. Monitor and report on project progress, quality and workmanship. Produce high-quality professional reports supported by clear photographic evidence. Verify that works comply with contractual drawings, employer''s requirements, warranty standards and Building Regulations. Identify and raise defects, discrepancies and quality concerns.
