This team plays a vital role in supporting the Council''s responsibility for the management and provision of green public realm space, contributing to vital climate and nature recovery initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Confirm that correct datum points and benchmarks are used, ensuring accurate building and structure setups on site. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough measurements and samples to guarantee that work and materials meet all specifications and quality standards. Inspections: Perform regular site inspections of building, demolition, and restoration works at Kingswood Park, meticulously recording all activities and defects to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings. Material Verification: Ensure the use of correct materials and quality workmanship, providing the client with exceptional value for money. Data Reporting: Deliver inspection data, either electronically or in paper form, to the Lead Designer/Delivery Project Manager.
