Basic requirements:
Experience and skills:
1. With over 10 years of work experience in clay modeling, possessing excellent team management, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
2. Have clay model experience in brand manufacturers and leading teams to complete clay model projects.
3. Possess excellent ability to shape 3D forms. Be able to accurately understand design drawings and convert them into 3D entities; Be able to accurately shape the overall proportion, posture, and curved light and shadow of the vehicle.
4. Fully master the effects of various film materials, painting processes, and special surface treatment processes on the model, and achieve high-quality results.
5. Able to lead the team to efficiently complete the surface cleaning, sample matching, and final display of the vehicle's clay model.
6. Have a comprehensive understanding of three coordinate, clay milling, and 3D scanning; Understand the skeleton design of the model to ensure its overall strength.
7. Possess rich engineering knowledge in automotive general layout, ergonomics, internal structural hard points, etc.
