Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues. Review and check drawings and models produced by others. Support BIM and digital workflows. Mentor junior technicians.   Requirements Strong experience as a Civil Technician within consultancy. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Solid understanding of drainage, earthworks and highways detailing. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
