Senior Civil Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Produce civil drawings and models for drainage, levels, earthworks and highways.
• Work closely with civil engineers to translate design intent.
• Coordinate civil information with structural, architectural and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Review and check drawings and models produced by others.
• Support BIM and digital workflows.
• Mentor junior technicians.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Civil Technician within consultancy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Solid understanding of drainage, earthworks and highways detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Relevant technical qualification (HNC/HND/BTEC or similar).
