Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer

An established engineering consultancy is looking to add a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to its growing London team. The position will involve working on a broad range of residential and development led infrastructure schemes across the UK.The team is involved in projects from initial feasibility and planning through to detailed infrastructure delivery, supporting both private sector developers and public sector clients on schemes of varying scale.Requirements:Background in highways and drainage design for residential or mixed use developmentsUnderstanding of technical approval processes including S104, S38 and S278 agreementsExperience using MicroDrainage and AutoCADStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage workloads and support more junior engineers where requiredResponsibilities:Delivering infrastructure design packages for development projectsProducing drainage layouts and highway designsPreparing technical reports including Flood Risk Assessments and drainage statementsAssisting with levels strategies and earthworks assessmentsCoordinating with clients, local authorities and external consultantsSupporting the delivery of projects through planning and detailed design stagesMentoring junior members of the engineering teamHybrid working is available, with a mixture of office and home working throughout the week.For more details about this role or other opportunities, please contact Calum French on LinkedIn.Candidates must have the right to work ..... full job details .....
