This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead projects, manage junior staff, and contribute to innovative engineering designs. Key Responsibilities: Project Management and Delivery: Lead and manage the Civil Engineering design on assigned projects. Maintain and improve the quality and efficiency of the department''s design work. Supervise junior engineering staff, providing guidance and supporting their professional development. Client and Team Collaboration: Act as the lead consultant on projects, providing Civil representation and input at key stages.
