Senior Civil Engineer

Our client is hiring for a Senior Civil Engineer to support their Hertfordshire office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a consultancy who are experts in infrastructure planning and design, earthworks and 3D ground modelling, pumping stations, sewerage systems, land drainage, flooding and sustainable drainage systems. What s on offer Flexi-time working hours Car allowance Bonus scheme The option to bank, buy or sell holiday Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Paid professional membership Interest free loan for annual travel season ticket Private medical insurance The role To be able to carry out site appraisals, feasibility studies and pre-application advice and have experience in development master planning Flood Risk Assessments and SuDs solutions To be able to carry out underground services, drainage and external works, Highways design, Section 38 and Section 278 Agreements, Sewerage authority liaison, adoption agreements and requisitions Able to represent the company at meetings displaying competence and professionalism What you need to succeed Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in Civil Engineering design consultancy An ability to communicate effectively, writing clear and concise emails, letters and reports Good experience in earthworks, ground modelling and cut/fill analysis Good commercial awareness and an ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in FLOW drainage modelling software and Civil ..... full job details .....
