The Role You will lead the design and management of highway and drainage schemes, mentor junior engineers, and manage projects from planning through to construction. Key responsibilities include: - Leading highway and infrastructure design projects across the UK. - Designing highways in accordance with Local Authority guidance, Manual for Streets, etc - Delivering highway drainage designs in line with Sewerage Sector Guidance and SuDS requirements. - Producing technical reports, fee proposals and tender submissions. - Liaising with clients, contractors, local authorities and statutory bodies. - Managing S278, S38 and S104 adoption agreements.
